Case:  Happened 27th August 1979 1.45 am in Marshall county, Minnesota.  A sherrif driving 65 Miles per hour at highway 220.  A light travelling from front hit the car and drag away for 1000 feets.  The sherrif named johnson has a recorded covnersation with communication center.  Now he refused to discuss about this subject again after the incident.

Injury / Impact:-  Slight injury reported

Special attention:-  14 Mins clock slowed during the incident when the car dragged back and check by engineers.
